HANK WESTON says he’s seeking reelection so he can use his fiscal expertise to help solve the county’s pension issues with CalPERS. Since he collects a CalPERS pension, is it a conflict-of-interest for him to get involved? You can bet he won’t vote to cut any pensions…IF THE Republicans were really smart, they’d come up with a workable alternative to ObamaCare. Like I said: If they were really smart…THIS IS SERIOUS: President Obama was in San Francisco earlier this week to attend a couple of fund-raisers, but the price of tickets to one of them had to be cut to fill the house. When SF liberals cool on the prez, he has big political problems…THE WHITE HOUSE press corps is upset because their ability to take pictures of the President has been restricted, and they’re being offered administration handouts instead. This may help Obama’s image, but it won’t do anything for his credibility.
